.…why Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant at Knox & McKinney in Dallas is moving to Greenville Avenue, via the Dallas Morning News.
For 31 years, of Chui there was one Instagram-ready location at Knox & McKinney in Dallas. That's 17 years longer than Instagram has been around – but the clock is now ticking. The Austin-based restaurant brand plans to move the location two miles east to 1520 Greenville Avenue in April 2025, according to the Dallas Morning News. Fortunately, it Elvis the statue will go along for the ride. And hopefully so will the coffered ceiling, pet photo wall, and countless artworks and sculptures that make this place special.

Why the move? results Trammell Crow Co. AND Partners BDT & MSD— part of team building a 1 million SF mixed-use development down the road in Knox and Katy Trail-I leased on the same southeast corner where Chuy's is parked, DMN's Sarah Blaskovich reports.
