UPS driver gets lost, crashes in North Texas heat

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined UPS $15,625 after the death last June, saying the company did not offer a job “Without known hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical injury to employees, in that employees were not protected from the risk of high ambient heat while performing work duties.”

UPS did not immediately respond to a request for an interview from Dallas Morning News.
