September Summer Walk to Benefit Hope's Door's New Head Start Center in Allen, Texas

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Watters Creek Village will host the September Wine Walk, a community event benefiting Hope's Door New Beginning Center.

This charity event, part of the North Texas Day of Giving, invites attendees to enjoy a wine tasting experience while supporting vital services for individuals and families affected by intimate partner and family violence.

Beneficiary: Hope's Door New Beginning Center

Beginning at 5:00 p.m., attendees can check-in in front of The Blue Fish restaurant to pick up a glass of wine and a map of the tasting locations. Stops along the route will offer complimentary wine and nibbles with selections from The Duckhorn Portfolio. Guests will also get a sneak peek at the designs planned for the Tapestry of Hope fashion show in November, adding a touch of style to the evening's charitable focus.

Hope's Door New Beginning Center is dedicated to providing intervention, prevention and education services to those affected by domestic violence. The organization provides trauma-informed care and advocacy, ensuring that survivors and their children have access to the resources they need for safety and recovery.

Similar to him February summer walkhosted by Watters Creek Village, which benefited the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign, the September Summer Walk combines philanthropy with celebration.
