Omni PGA Frisco is excited to invite barbecue enthusiasts and food lovers to a special Texas-style barbecue experience at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 7. This event will offer guests an opportunity to learn from the pitmaster and chef team.
Guests will be welcomed with their choice of a cocktail or mocktail, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to witness the Ice House's outdoor smoker and new indoor smoker in action. Our team of experts will guide guests through the intricacies of Ice House's signature brisket.
The session will go over the essential details of how to cut a brisket, the complete smoking process, including temperature control, timing, rolling and resting, and a brisket cutting tutorial.
Guests will also enjoy the opportunity to enjoy fresh-from-the-smoker brisket accompanied by three distinct styles of barbecue sauce, including Ice House's signature Dr. Pepper. The presentation will conclude with a question and answer session with the Ice House pitmaster and chef team.
To further enhance the experience, guests will have priority seating at the Ice House if they choose to stay for lunch. As a special treat, each guest will receive a complimentary bottle of our signature barbecue sauce.
