See what Collin College's art programs are made of at the upcoming annual faculty art exhibition


From photography to sculpture to watercolors, Collin College faculty are showcasing the myriad of art offerings with their pieces.

While student exhibitions are par for the course in college galleries, Collin College aims to show the different art programming with them Collin College Art Faculty Annual Exhibition.

Featuring works by art professors created in their studios, the exhibit allows students to learn about a host of courses available at the college, including 2-D design, 3-D design, ceramics, communication design, digital arts, drawing, figure drawing, jewelry. / metal art, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and watercolors.

The exhibition will be open to the public from August 26 to September 13. A reception, also free and open to the public, will be held on September 5 from 4:30 p.m. gallery is located at the Collin College Plano Campus, Room A175, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway and is open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm and from 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays.
