Man in Texas ER reports injured man in his home, body found – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

A man's death is under investigation in Collin County after his body was found Wednesday morning in a McKinney home.
According to the Collin County Sheriff's Office, a person being treated at the local emergency room reported finding an unconscious man with a head injury in his home.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded to the home on Billy Mitchell Drive and found a deceased man.
Video footage from the Texas Sky Ranger showed investigators cordoning off a large portion of the rural area with crime scene tape.

Sheriff's officials could not confirm the man's identity or his possible cause of death.
