Fire rips through Collin County home Thursday afternoon – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

Dozens of firefighters were on the scene of a massive fire at a Collin County home Thursday afternoon.

Fire crews from several departments were called to the large house in the 500 block of Justin Place, Nevada.

Texas Sky Ranger showed firefighters on the ground and on a ladder truck flooding the house.

Much of the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home was severely damaged.

It looked like the house would be a total loss.

No word on the cause of the fire.
