D1 training open in Frisco for athletic based training

The new D1 Training facility is owned by 45 Sports Division, the largest franchise group within D1 Training. Founded by Austin Clark, D1 Training's Vice President of Operations, Division 45 Sports continues to bring D1 locations to growing areas, providing a place for people seven and up to exercise, train and be surrounded by like-minded individuals. seeking to achieve a goal. Outside of group training, D1 Training offers one-on-one training with world-class trainers.
