Collin County values ​​continue to rise

Collin County property values ​​are once again showing an increase, according to figures released by the Collin Central Appraisal District (CCAD).

CCAD mailed 2024 real property assessment notices to property owners. Personal business property mailings were scheduled for mid-May.
