Collin County judge awards up to $1.6 million in attorneys' fees in real estate case

A Collin County Circuit Court judge awarded up to $1.6 million in attorneys' fees to plaintiffs' counsel as the prevailing party in a dispute over rights to develop a commercial property.

Enter Judge Christine Nowak of the 493rd District Court the final judgment August 16 in favor of MM CCM 13MC LLC, a subsidiary company of Centurion American, a well-known land developer in North Texas.
