AMBER Alert issued for missing 13-year-old Princeton girl – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an AMBER Alert for a 13-year-old from Princeton who was last seen early Saturday morning. Law enforcement officials believe the girl is in grave or imminent danger.

Madison Carroll was last seen around 2:40 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Princeton Heights Boulevard in Princeton.

Carroll is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, has brown eyes and brown hair, and weighs 115 pounds.

Princeton police are also searching for a white Dodge Ram pickup truck in connection with Carroll's disappearance. A black-and-white photo of the vehicle was released by police Saturday afternoon. The year and license plates of the pickup truck were not released.

In an update Saturday night, Princeton police said the pickup appeared on video possibly picking up Carroll. Police said she has been in contact with her parents throughout the day and is believed to be in the Austin area.

According to Princeton police, the AMBER Alert was issued because state protocols require that a minor does not have “consent” to voluntarily accept transportation.

If you see Carroll, call 911 or contact the Princeton Police Department at 972-736-3901
